· Type of equipment : Stryker, Arthrex, Olympus

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 4 10s or 3 12s

· Floating policy: May float between Main OR, 2nd floor OR (eyes), and/or endo

· Patient Experience requirements:
