Requirements
- Minimum experience as a Med/Surg Charge RN
- Pediatric (PEDS) experience is required
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Current ACLS (AHA)
- Current PALS (AHA)
- All certifications must be active at the time of submission
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff during the night shift.
- Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients.
- Support patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with clinical decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.
