Description
Supervisor/Clinical Leader (3x12s) - 7:00p-7:00a, EOW, Holiday
Experience: NYS RN Licensure, 2-yrs Med/Sug RN experience, 1-year Critical Care experience, 1 year supervisory/clinical lead experience (more than charge nurse). Experience with prioritizing multiple clinical events effectively. Experience in bed-flow management/patient placement, hospital-wide staffing challenges, escalation management, conflict resolution, and regulatory readiness required.
