Description
Position Role: Perfusionist
Specialty: Cardiac Surgery
Number of Contractor s Being Requested: 2
Shift Hours: Alternating hours. Mainly Monday-Friday but could be some night and weekend hours, if needed, to care for ECMO.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 30-40
Weekend Shift Hours: Varies
Call Requirements: None currently
Required Certifications (i.e. BLS, ACLS, NRP, ARRT, AWHONN, etc.): CCP, ACLS
Years of Experience: 2 Years
Float Requirements: Lafayette East Campus
Number of Beds: 6 ORs
EMR: Epic
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: able to run perfusion related equipment
Preferred Skillset/Experience:
Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac surgery patients
Personality Fit: Easy-going, flexible, can work under pressure
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
