Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient & Outpatient

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Washington, Iowa. This opportunity includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy, offering variety in caseload and the chance to work with patients across different stages of recovery.

This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys a well-rounded clinical setting, collaborating with a rehab team, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, medically complex, and general mobility-related conditions.
• Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient therapy environments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, OT, SLP, and case management as needed.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
