Description

Med-Surg/Telemetry RN – 12H Day/Night Rotation | 13 Weeks
30-bed acute care unit with 1:6–7 patient ratios, caring for CHF, COPD, pneumonia, AKI, urosepsis, cellulitis, and post-op patients. Epic charting, remote telemetry, intermittent BiPAP, and heparin titration per aPTT. BLS (AHA) & NIHSS required. PCT support available. No call; weekends as scheduled. 50-mile radius rule.

BLS (AHA) – Required NIHSS – Required Valid, unexpired Driver’s License – Required at submission 50-mile radius rule Epic experience Telemetry experience Must be comfortable with 1:6–7 ratio
