Travel Director of Nursing (DON) – Long-Term Care | Spring Grove, MN

Location: Spring Grove, MN
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Long-Term Care facility in Spring Grove, MN. This leadership role requires flexibility to support other shifts and assist on the nursing floor as needed.

Requirements

Active Minnesota RN License
AHA BLS Certification
Graduate of an accredited RN program
2+ years of geriatric nursing experience
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Previous Manager, Lead Nurse, or DON experience strongly preferred
Matrix EMR experience preferred

Assignment Details

38-bed Long-Term Care facility
Provides short-term and long-term care
Mostly day shifts with occasional flexibility for other shifts
Rotating on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
No floating
Casual dress code
