Description
Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience
Territory: Contra Costa County, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
Documentation System: Kinnser
Equipment Issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk
Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week
Point to Hourly Conversion: 1 = 1.33hrs
*Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal to an average of 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs per week
