Description
Seeking a California RN with BLS certification and either 1 year of acute care hospital experience in utilization review/discharge planning or 2 years of Case Management experience in a clinic or physician office. Day shift, 5x8s (40 hours/week). Strong discharge planning and care coordination skills required.
