Description

Unit Specific Skillset: Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong medication administration skills. 2 Units: Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents. Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds. 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift)

Minimum Experience: 2+ years previous experience SNF long term care experience

Required Certifications: WI RN license, BLS

Charting Experience: ECS - not required, they will train.
