Description

Position Details:

Physical Therapist (PT)
Monday & Friday: Inpatient at Valley View Hospital, Glenwood Springs, CO
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Outpatient Clinic, Carbondale, CO

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
5 × 8-hour day shifts
36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

Contract Length:

91 Days (13 Weeks)

Requirements:

Current Colorado PT License (DORA) or Colorado Compact License
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
3–5 years preferred

Required Certifications:

Colorado PT License (DORA) or Compact License
BLS (American Heart Association)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Improve patient strength, balance, range of motion, safety, and functional mobility
Provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Additional Information:

Travelers must reside at least 75 miles from the facility.
Resume, Skills Sheet, AHA BLS, and Colorado PT License/Compact License are required for submission.
