Description
Inpatient/ER - they would always be working with another CT technologist.
GE scanner and Philips ICT.
Unit CT Scan department.
# of Procedure Rooms 5 rooms- 2 in ER, 3 in main Radiology department on 4th floor.
Certs required ARRT (R)(CT) and MRTBE CRT and CTCT.
GE Scanner Experience Required.
EMR Cerner - PACS is DR systems.
Cases per day Varied depending on ER and inpatient volume- 25 per day approx.
Call None.
Holidays No.
Floating No.
Floor specific orientation At least 1 week with 1/1 orientation.
Common cases / Types of patients Routine CT Exams, CTA with perfusion, trauma’s.
Additional Notes GE experience required and Philips preferred, Med Rad injectors.

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
