Job Summary

Join one of Seattle's premier healthcare facilities as a NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). We are seeking an experienced therapist with strong NICU and neonatal intubation skills to provide advanced respiratory care for critically ill neonates and pediatric patients. This is an Auto Offer opportunity for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to NICU and pediatric patients.
• Independently perform neonatal intubations (required).
• Manage conventional and high-frequency ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC, and Nitric Oxide therapy.
• Interpret ABGs and monitor ventilator settings.
• Respond to high-risk deliveries and neonatal emergencies.
• Administer respiratory medications and aerosol therapies.
• Document patient care using Epic EMR.
• Float to other Providence campuses as needed.

Requirements

• Active Washington RRT License (required to apply)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU Respiratory Therapy experience
• RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS required
• NICU experience is mandatory
• Must be able to independently intubate neonates
• Experience with Draeger and Servo-I ventilators
• Epic charting experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
