Position Details:

• Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN)
• Big Sky Medical Center, Big Sky, Montana

Schedule:

• Variable shifts
• Nights and weekends required
• On-call may be required based on patient and organizational needs

Contract Length:

• (13 Weeks)

Guaranteed Hours:

• 36 Hours/Week

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Montana RN License
• Traveler must live at least 90 miles from the facility
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience

Required Experience:

• Acute care nursing experience
• Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care experience preferred

Required Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA) or ENPC
• TNCC
• Montana RN License

Preferred Certifications:

• NIHSS
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• BSN

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure patient safety and quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and professional development
• Respond effectively in emergency and acute care situations
