The nurse must be clinically confident, adaptable, and comfortable managing a broad range of emergency patients.</p><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience</li><li>Acute-care hospital experience required</li><li>Strong assessment, prioritization, and emergency-response skills</li></ul><h3>Required Credentials</h3><ul><li>Active Montana RN license required before submission</li><li>BLS through AHA or ARC</li><li>ACLS</li><li>PALS</li></ul><h3>Scheduling</h3><ul><li>Day shifts</li><li>8- or 10-hour shift options</li><li>Final schedule based on department staffing needs</li></ul><h3>Cancellation Policy</h3><p>The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts, or 36 hours, during a 12-week period.</p>
