🏥 Travel RN – Operating Room (OR) | Michigan City, IN

🕙 Shift: Days | Tuesday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (4x10s)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
- Experience in all OR specialties except Open Heart
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Unit Details
- 10 Operating Rooms
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Scrubs provided by the facility
- Modern OR environment with dedicated equipment

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
