Join Kaiser Permanente – San Diego Medical Center as a Gynecologic Oncology NP or PA (First Assist Certified) in a rewarding locum opportunity. Work alongside an experienced surgical oncology team with a balanced mix of clinic and operating room responsibilities.

📍 Position Details
- Location: San Diego, California
- Facility: Kaiser Permanente – San Diego Medical Center
- Specialty: Gynecologic Oncology NP/PA (First Assist Certified)
- Assignment: Locum Tenens
- Duration: ASAP after credentialing | 6 months with option to extend
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
- Clinic: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- OR Days: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within those hours)
- Call: None
🩺 Responsibilities
- First Assist in Gynecologic Oncology surgeries
- Assist with open surgical and laparoscopic procedures
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative clinic visits
- Collaborate closely with the Gynecologic Oncology team
- Document care in Epic (HealthConnect)

- NP or PA with First Assist Certification
- Board Certified
- BLS and ACLS (AHA)
- Active California license required
- fully licensed providers only

- Setting: Clinic & Operating Room
- Estimated Volume: 3–4 OR cases per day, plus clinic patients
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
