Position Details

• Position: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)
• Call Requirements:
  • Weekday call: Generally 1 night per week
  • Weekend call: Generally 1 weekend every 6 weeks
  • Holiday call: As scheduled
  • 30-minute call response time

Requirements

• Prior Cath Lab RN experience required
• Active RN License
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility (Driver's License required with submission)
• Must be in-state during orientation week
• Epic and MacLab experience preferred

Required Experience

• Previous Cath Lab RN experience
• Experience monitoring and circulating during Cath Lab procedures
• Experience with cardiac and electrophysiology patients
• Epic EMR and MacLab experience

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and circulate during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Care for patients with acute MI, electrophysiology, and structural heart conditions
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Document patient care using Epic and MacLab
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma facility
