Position Details

• Schedule: 5×8-Hour Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
• Shift Available: Days or Nights or Evenings
• Weekly Pay: $1,600/week
• Start Dates: 08/24/2026
• Facility Type: Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Facility

Requirements

• Active New York LPN License
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must successfully complete a medication administration (Med Pass) test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and reliability required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Complete medication passes according to facility protocols
• Assess and monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide high-quality nursing care following facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care
