Local Rates
Pay Rate: $ 37.50/hour
Travel Package:
Total Travel Comp = $805.00(Lodging - $511.00, M&I - $294.00)
$18.02 p/h X 36 Hrs. = $648.72
Total Comps = $1,453.72
Shift Details:
- 12 Hour Shifts
LPN Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
- Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols.
- Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation.
LPN Qualifications
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State KY. The license MUST be in good standing
- 1 year of experience
