🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Provide health education and counseling to patients/families
- Accurately document care per hospital and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Float to other units if required (within competency)
- Participate in on-call coverage if scheduled
✅ Requirements
- ✔️ Active Colorado RN License (or compact eligibility)
- ✔️ Minimum 1+ year RN experience (ER preferred)
- ✔️ASN required (BSN preferred)
- ✔️ Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS
- TNCC
- ✔️ Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
