Prodware Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager for a travel assignment in San Ramon, CA 94583.

Assignment Details:

Location: San Ramon, CA 94583
Specialty: RN – Case Manager
Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Travel Pay: Up to $3,011/Week

Requirements:

Active RN License
Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
Strong acute care/hospital Case Management experience preferred
Excellent communication and care coordination skills
