• Acute Care Nursing (preferred)
• Patient Care Coordination
• Supervisory/Charge experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of care.
