• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Operating Room (OR)
• 10 Operating Rooms
• Approximately 46 staff members
• Patient Ratio: 1:1

Experience Required

Must Have:

• Transplant surgery experience
• Orthopedic surgery experience
• Neurosurgery experience

Preferred:

• Kidney transplant experience
• Liver transplant experience
• Additional orthopedic and neuro OR experience

Common Surgical Procedures

• Kidney Transplants
• Liver Transplants
• Neurosurgery
• Orthopedic Surgery

Charting System

• Meditech

Required Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent performance in high-pressure environments
• Strong teamwork and communication in the OR

Weekend & Holiday Requirements

• Every other weekend
• Rotating holiday coverage with permanent staff

Scrub Colors

• RN: Navy Blue
• Clinical Support: Caribbean Blue
• Surgical Staff: Ciel Blue
• Radiology: Black
• Lab: Khaki
• Respiratory Therapy: Gray

Parking

• Park in the garage on the 3rd or 4th floor (day and evening shifts)

Floating

• HCA Florida Largo West Campus (Psych/Rehab) is considered part of the main hospital and may be used as a float location according to facility policy.
