💰 ICU RN – Travel Contract | Grafton, WI | Nights

📍 Location: Grafton, Wisconsin
🕒 Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
📅 Duration: 13 Weeks
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✅ Requirements:

Active RN License
BLS & ACLS (NIHSS Preferred)
Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
First-time travelers accepted
Experience with:
- Ventilator & Trach Management
- Arterial Lines, CVP & Swan-Ganz Monitoring
- Chest Tubes & Drains
- Post-Op & Post-Cath Recovery
- CRRT/CVVH
Epic EMR preferred

Care for Medical, Surgical & Cardiac ICU patients
24/7 Intensivist, Hospitalist & Respiratory Therapy support

Every other weekend rotation
No on-call required

⚠️ Important Notes:

Float within scope to Intermediate Care, Med-Surg, ED Boarding, or Observation units as needed
One holiday required per contract
More than two sick calls may result in contract review
