Director Of Nursing responsibilities. Must have previous DON/ADON experience. 
Please look into housing 

Skilled, Long Term Care, Memory Care,
Also have Assisted Living, Home Health Care, and Independent Living Campus.

*Facility has a Dementia Unit but it is not locked and no residents with significant behaviors. Facility is very selective on residents they accept as they are a CCRC and have over 600 residents in their community living independently.

Staff to patient Ratios:
Nurse to patient: 1:20
LNA (CNA) to patient: 1:6/7
