- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Breakdown:
- Weekly Gross: $2,400
- W2: $32.06/hr.
- Stipend: $1,246 Weekly
Requirements:
- Washington State Respiratory Care License - Required
- Minimum 1 Years of recent RRT experience - Required
Must have Travel assignment experience - NBRC (RRT), BLS Certs - Required
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment with a leading healthcare facility. The Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized respiratory care to Adult, Critical Care, Emergency Department. The ideal candidate has strong critical care skills, and is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based respiratory care in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, nebulizer treatments, and airway clearance therapies.
- Set up, manage, and monitor mechanical ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Assist with airway management, including intubation support and emergency respiratory care.
- Respond to Code Blue, Rapid Response, and other emergency situations as a member of the critical care team.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment and monitoring devices.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, medications, and home respiratory equipment.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
- Adhere to infection prevention practices, patient safety standards, and hospital policies while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
