Description

Position Details

Contract Length: Traveler’s choice of 13 or 26 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Nights (19:00–07:30)
Schedule: 4×12 or 3×12 (traveler’s choice)
Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
Ratios: 1:20
Weekends/Holidays: Must work 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s)
RTO: Max 2 weeks for 26‑week contracts; all RTO must be submitted upfront
Float: Yes, within scope
On‑Call: No

Requirements

License: Active Alaska LPN (no pending licenses accepted)
Certs: BLS
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year LTC experience
- Previous travel experience required
Additional:
- Must obtain Alaska Food Worker Certification during orientation ($10 fee)
- Must meet Hep B vaccination requirements (titers/declinations not accepted)
- Must provide 2 references covering at least 1 year
