Job Description
RN for Prep/Recovery (Stage 2 recovery) -
4-10 hours shifts, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call responsibilities
? Start times 0530-0900 (start times may vary with prior notification)
POSITION PURPOSE: The Clinical Nurse at Salem Health is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, quality healthcare to patients in various settings across the continuum of surgical services including Pre-Surgical Screening, Prep/Recovery, Operating Room, Endoscopy, and PACU.
PACU:
Minimum of one year (1) acute PACU experience preferred.
Licenses/ Certification/ Registration
? Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
? BLS issued by the American Heart Association required except for Pre-Surgical Screening.
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required for
