Description
Job Title: Travel OR Registered Nurse - 4x10 Days (Operating Room)
Job Description: Take on an exciting travel nursing assignment in the Operating Room featuring a desirable 4 x 10-hour day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)! We are seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join our surgical team utilizing Meditech Expanse charting. If you have 2+ years of OR experience and are comfortable with a modest call rotation, apply today!
Contract Details:
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Call Rotation: 3–4 on-call shifts per month (including weekends and holidays). RTO must be disclosed at submittal.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required (first-time travelers considered based on background).
- Systems: Proficiency with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred.
- Certifications & Licensure: Active state or compact RN license and active AHA BLS.
- Strict Submission Rules: Unexpired copy of your driver's license must be attached at the time of initial submittal.

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
