RN – Long Term Care (LTC) | $1,946.00/week
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage care for long-term care residents.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and promptly communicate with providers.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality standards.
