What You’ll Do:

• Provide routine and complex nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatments, addressing their psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Collaborate with care team members and delegate tasks as appropriate to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and hospital protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Urology nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• EPIC experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to manage complex patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of specialized Urology nursing experience.

Other Requirements:

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Ability to start ASAP.
• Must be comfortable working in a clinical setting with adult patients.
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties as required.
