Job Title: Travel ICU Registered Nurse - Days (Norton Healthcare - Jeffersonville, IN / Louisville, KY)
Job Description: Take on an exciting travel nursing assignment in the Intensive Care Unit with Norton Healthcare! We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for day shifts starting August 30, 2026. Contract Details:
- Start Date: August 30, 2026.
- Schedule: Day shift contract.
- Location: Norton Healthcare (Jeffersonville, IN / Louisville, KY area).
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care / ICU experience required.
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN).
- Certifications & Licensure: Active RN license, active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
