This Hospital is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital known for its advanced technology, supportive culture, and high-quality patient care. You’ll join a tight-knit, skilled clinical team in a scenic mountain setting.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid ER assessments and patient triage
Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnosis
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary departments
Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge
Ensure compliance with infection control & safety standards

✅ Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of ER experience REQUIRED
Active California RN License (Required)
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
ENPC or NRP – Preferred
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, rural emergency setting
