Description
We're seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a high-volume, fast-paced acute care emergency department. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned ER nurses who thrive in busy environments and have experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
- Triage experience required
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume emergency department
- Active RN license required prior to submission
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
Unit Highlights
- Adult ER: 36 treatment areas
- Pediatric ER: 12 treatment areas
- Fast Track: 8 treatment pods
- Approximately 325 patient visits per day
- Over 30,000 pediatric visits annually
- Adult ER is a STEMI, Stroke, and Burn Receiving Center
- Pediatric ER is a Pediatric Receiving Center

Treat a wide variety of emergency cases, including:
- Respiratory failure
- Asthma
- Abdominal pain
- Fractures
- Trauma
- Stroke (CVA)
- STEMI
- Substance abuse
- Behavioral health/psych patients
- Critical care emergencies
