💰 Home Health RN – Travel Contract | Caledonia Home Health & Hospice | Vermont

📍 Location: Caledonia & Southern Essex Counties, Vermont
🕒 Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
📅 Duration: 12 Weeks
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✅ Requirements:

Active Vermont RN License – Required
Minimum 1 year of prior clinical experience
Strong home health nursing skills
Compassionate and team-oriented approach

Home Health & Hospice setting
Provide nursing services to clients of all ages
Admission and patient evaluation
Develop individualized care plans
Coordinate care with homecare professionals and paraprofessionals
Serve patients throughout Caledonia and Southern Essex counties
