MANAGER INTERVIEW

**MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN FLU VACCINE - PLEASE ADD THIS TO SUBMISSION*

Required Certifications: WI or compact RN License, AHA BLS,  and NRP

Required Education: ASN

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years (level III or level IV)NICU experience required  & PEDS experience preferred. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.  

Nurse to patient ratio: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity
NICU is a Level III, 22-bed NICU unit

Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred

Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubs

Jewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings). Flesh colored or clear piercing plugs may now be worn.

**Flu vaccine required. NO EXEMPTIONS. Covid vaccine no longer required.**

Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
