Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Lanham, Maryland (Just Outside Washington, DC)
Client: Skilled Nursing Facility
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Profession: Physical Therapist (PT)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Collaborative rehab team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs
- Treat orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, and medically complex patients
- Focus on functional outcomes, fall prevention, balance training, and safe discharge planning
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
