Primary Care NP (Locum Tenens)

Location: Near Madison Wisconsin

Schedule: M/T/Th 8:00am - 6:00pm, Wed 8:00am - 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am - 12:00pm

Dates: ASAP - 12/31/26

Position Overview

Primary care coverage in an outpatient clinic. The role supports acute episodic visits and wellness focused care within the clinic scope.

Outpatient primary care and acute care visits
Wellness and prevention focused care

Workers Comp

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Maine license
National certification
Must be approved and comfortable seeing ages 2 and older
Candidates must have at least two years of Primary Care clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
DEA

Practice Environment

Outpatient clinic setting with on site support staff
EMR training provided as applicable

Credentialing and Onboarding Items

Standard credentialing documentation is required prior to start
