Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Position Highlights
- Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Collaborative rehab team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs
- Treat orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, and medically complex patients
- Focus on balance training, gait, transfers, fall prevention, and safe discharge planning
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
