Physical Therapist – Outpatient Geriatrics
Phoenix, Tempe & Gilbert, Arizona
Client: Outpatient Therapy in Assisted Living Communities
Setting: Outpatient Geriatrics (ALF-Based)
Profession: Physical Therapist (PT)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Guaranteed

You'll provide one-on-one outpatient therapy to older adults in three assisted living communities located in Phoenix, Tempe, and Gilbert. Position Highlights
- Outpatient geriatrics in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- 100% one-on-one patient care
- Float between three ALF communities in Phoenix, Tempe, and Gilbert
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Manageable daily caseload
- Focus on balance, fall prevention, gait training, strength, mobility, and functional independence
- No home health driving between patient homes—patients are seen within the ALF communities
- Collaborative therapy team with excellent work-life balance
