Profession: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Position Highlights
- Home Health setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- One-on-one patient care
- Flexible, territory-based scheduling
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, nurses, speech therapists, and case managers
- Treat orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, cardiac, pulmonary, and medically complex patients
- Focus on ADLs, home safety, adaptive equipment, upper extremity function, cognitive rehabilitation, and maximizing independence
- Meaningful patient relationships with the opportunity to make a lasting impact
