Position Details

Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry
Unit: 32-Bed Cardiac Telemetry
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule Details

Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 3×12-Hour Shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (subject to unit needs)
Floating: Required based on facility needs

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry RN experience
1 year of Epic EMR experience
Experience with cardiac monitoring, telemetry, heart failure, and post-cardiac procedures
First-time travelers must have 3+ years of Cardiac Telemetry experience

Required Certifications

Active South Carolina RN License
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS

4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Self-scheduling
Omnicell medication system
Epic EMR
Adult & Geriatric patient population
Billable onboarding modules (up to 16 hours)
Orientation every Monday

Flu Vaccine Required (No Exemptions)
COVID-19 Vaccine Not Required
Must meet Prisma Health travel distance requirements (100+ miles for full travel eligibility; exceptions apply)
SSN required at submission
Floating to qualified units/campuses may be required based on census
