- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
• -Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• -Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
• -Bachelors Degree from an accreditated Nursing Program.
• -RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. • -NYSDOH H/C PRI (Hospital & Community Patient Review Instrument) Training Certificate at submission or obtained post the offer.
• -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). • -BLS.
