Shift: 5x8hr Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) (may flex to 4x10s based on OR schedule)

Job Description

Join a small, team-oriented critical access hospital where you'll work across the entire perioperative continuum. This role requires circulating in the OR as well as floating to PACU and Pre/Post Op, with weekend and call responsibilities. The OR averages 100 low-acuity cases per month and performs a wide variety of procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology (including C-sections), urology, podiatry, ENT, pediatric procedures, and endoscopy.

Requirements

3+ years recent OR experience
Active Missouri or Compact RN License
BLS, ACLS & PALS required
CNOR preferred
Experience in OR Circulate, PACU, and Pre/Post Op
Comfortable floating between perioperative areas

Weekend rotation: About 1 weekend every 3 weeks (Fri-Sun) Call: Approximately 10 call shifts per month with 1-hour callback EMR: Meditech Scrubs: Blue Locals accepted First-time travelers welcome Facility housing available ($5/hour rate reduction) COVID & Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) Small 2-room OR with low-acuity cases and a collaborative team environment.
