OR RN Days 8's or 10's - Wheeling, West Virginia

Shifts & Scheduling: Day shift 8's or 10's 6-2, 7-3, 8-4, 9-5.
50 mile radius rule
Licensing hits must be disclosed at time of submission.
# suites 15. # of cases per day 55-70.
Required Certifications BLS.
Common Cases All procedures including same day and overnight stays.
Experience or 'Must have' skills IV skills a must.
Surgical care knowledge, robotics.
Scrubbing required - RN's Preop care only.
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor. OR techs.
EMR Sunrise currently but EPIC go live is April 1.
Weeknight/Call Requirement 1-2 second calls every schedule (a month). Which is a 24 hour call 1 day on the weekend from 7A-7A.
Weekend Requirement Rotating Weekends 8hr 7-3 on Sat or Sun 24hour on call Sat/Sun.
Holiday/Call Requirement 1-2 second calls every schedule (a month). Which is a 24 hour call 1 day on the weekend from 7A-7A.
Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? none.
What is call response time? 30 mins.
Floating Requirements OR holding area.
Scrub Color/Dress Code provided by facility.
Unit/Department specific orientation Surgical Center/pre op.

Additional Notes this is a preop area that we call surgical center so it is not a free standing surgical center.
