Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab contract in Burlington, North Carolina. This opportunity offers the chance to work with an adult outpatient population while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
