What You Will Do:

• Deliver exceptional emergency nursing care in a busy acute care setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient safety and comfort.
• Respond swiftly to emergent situations, demonstrating critical thinking and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing or a comparable fast-paced setting
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS, required at submission
• Ability to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience with pediatric or trauma emergency care
• Additional certifications such as TNCC or ENPC
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
• Prior experience in an acute care or emergency environment, ideally in a hospital or level 1 trauma center

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Must have required certifications at submission
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the work location; travel arrangements will be coordinated accordingly
• Background checks and fingerprinting are mandatory for employment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform emergency procedures
