Description

Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required
Holiday Requirement: As needed
Float Requirement: ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) में as needed float करना होगा
Scrubs: Provided by facility

Required Experience & Skills:

Level I Trauma Center experience required
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to support surgical procedures
Ability to prepare and maintain sterile field
Strong communication skills with surgeons, nurses, patients, and hospital staff
Ability to provide professional surgical services in a fast-paced environment

Required Surgical Experience:

Candidate must have experience with:

Endovascular procedures
Spine surgery
Neuro surgery
Orthopedic surgery
Orthopedic trauma cases

Preferred:

Scrubbing experience is a plus

Suitable Candidate Profile:

Level I Trauma OR experience
Experience in complex surgical cases
Comfortable floating between main OR and ASC
Able to take call after 90 days
