Surgical Technologist – Travel Contract
Facility Overview
- 172-bed Level II Trauma Teaching Hospital
- Only Trauma Center in Monterey County and surrounding communities
- Recognized as a top hospital in Salinas Valley Reader’s Choice (2022)
Department Details
- Department: Operating Room / Surgical Services
- OR Suites: 5
- Endoscopy Rooms: 2
- Charting System: Meditech
- Medication System: Pyxis
- May float to OB surgical suites
- Hospital provides scrubs
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care hospital setting
- BLS certification through American Heart Association required
- CST certification highly preferred
- Must be able to take call and may include weekends
